We provide pricing information on Apple products for businesses looking to purchase multiple Apple products under MSRP.
How does the service work?
A business will typically contact us and request pricing for specific models. We can also help you choose the right models for your business. We will negotiate with Apple resellers and provide you the lowest prices available, typically well below MSRP, depending on the model.
Who orders the product?
Mac Prices will order the product for you as part of our valet service, or we will send you a customized link (URL) so that you may order the product on your own.
How much do you charge for the valet service?
We offer this service free of charge to any business.
How do you get paid?
We receive a sales commission from the reseller when we order product for your business. There is no charge to you.
What if I need to return product?
Each reseller has their own return policy. We will make you aware of this policy before you make your purchase.
How is payment for product arranged?
Mac Prices Business Service is a valet service. You can use our secure credit card authorization form to pay for the computers using your business credit card (Mac Prices does not retain this information). Alternative payment methods can also be established based on your needs and the size of the order.
How long does it take?
We will respond to you with pricing information within 24 business hours. We will place the order for you as soon as a payment method has been established. Beyond that, it depends on whether or not the reseller has stock and what type of shipping method you choose.
Who handles service?
Service and repair is handled by your local Apple retailer, Apple Store, or Apple online.
Who handles setup and installation?
Setup and installation is handled by the client. On site setup and installation by Mac Prices can be arranged for a fee.
Which computer models are currently available for order?
We maintain a list of current Macs, their configurations, and their MSRPs on this page. Our quote to you will typically undercut MSRP - depending on the system - by $50-$400 per unit.
