Price Matching
Some resellers, including Apple, offer to match the lowest price available. Sometimes through considerable effort on the part of the consumer, a reseller will lower their price to match that of a competing reseller. While this may be advatageous in some cases, there are other factors to consider:

- The competing reseller must be a legitimate retailer or be an Apple Authorized Reseller.
- Price matching only applies to new, unopened, currently in-stock product. Refurbished, reconditioned, used, leftover, backordered, and open-box return products will not qualify.
- Sales tax and shipping costs do not factor into the price matching.
- Some resellers offer bundles with the purchase of their product. A reseller, when price matching, will not include any bundled items to match those being offered by a competing reseller. By lowering their price to match that of a competing retailer, a reseller may also choose to revoke the included bundled items.
